Please come join us for a two hour seminar and guided tasting session at Greenfield Community College on Wednesday November 7 from 2-4 PM in downtown Greenfield. Trace an olive from its time on the tree through its harvesting and
pressing and finally to its appearance as an oil in your kitchen.
Senior Symposia classes are offered to ages 50 and older. Unless otherwise noted, all classes take place at GCC's downtown building, 270 Main Street in Greenfield.
